We are a local & family owned pastry shop in Miami. Our head chef is Karina Dávila, a mother of three with a talent for baking the most wonderful, magical food. From Nicaraguan origin, the family moved their operations to Miami, where they have received much love by the Nica community. The Nicaraguan people are noble and kind. In honor of their heritage, the family founded Sacuanjoche Pastry in the year 2020. Sacuanjoche is Nicaragua’s national flower. The pastry like creamy coloring is almost edible! (Don’t go eating one now.)
